Scoop: One (1) slightly rounded 1.7cc scoop will hold approximately 1.0 gram (1,000 mg) of Chromium Yeast Complex 0.2%, providing approximately 2.0 mg of elemental Chromium (Cr).
Scale: Divide milligrams (mg) of elemental Chromium (Cr) needed by 2. The resulting number is the grams of Chromium Yeast 0.2% required.
