Return Policy - Porta Grazer
Porta-Grazer Warranty, Damages, Shortages, Returns and Contact Information
The original purchaser will receive a Pro-Rated replacement if the product fails within three years (36 months) from the purchase date due to a manufacturer defect. An amount equal to one thirty sixth (1/36) of our current web site retail price less any shipping costs included in the purchase price will be charged for each full calendar month from the date of purchase to the date of notification of failure. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is received in damaged condition please notify the delivery carrier immediately and contact Getty Equine Nutrition.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Grazing Feeders Inc. you may return the merchandise new and unused (return shipping costs paid by the customer) in the original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the product. After the product has been returned to Grazing Feeders Inc and deemed new and unused by Grazing Feeders Inc the purchase price (less any shipping and handling charges that were included in the purchase price) will be refunded to the buyer. PLEASE CONTACT GETTY EQUINE NUTRITION BEFORE SENDING THE PRODUCT BACK TO PORTA GRAZER.
- If you have used the product following the supplied directions and are not satisfied and wish to return it please notify Grazing Feeders Inc no later than 30 days from the date you received the product. After the product has been returned (return shipping costs paid by the customer) and inspected by Grazing Feeders Inc, the purchase price (less any shipping and handling charges that were included in the purchase price) minus a 15% restocking charge will be refunded to the buyer. PLEASE CONTACT GETTY EQUINE NUTRITION BEFORE SENDING THE PRODUCT BACK TO PORTA GRAZER.
- Returned products showing significant damage or wear cannot be returned and the refund credit will be denied.
- A copy of your purchase receipt must accompany the returned item.
