Resource Library - Allergies

Allergies occur because the immune system responds to inappropriate targets, mistaking a normal substance, like pollen or feedstuff, for an intruder. Antibodies and histamines are released, leading to a variety of symptoms. Inflammation is always involved and efforts to reduce it are best done by paying attention to nutrition and the hindgut microbial population.
