PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    Seasons Biome Blend is extraordinary in both concept and design!  If you're looking for a healthy alternative to today's toxic, waste-first horse feed, this is the product for you.

    This product is over 70% digestible nutrition without sacrificing fiber and using real food. Your conventional feeds range between 36%-40% digestibility and include ingredients that may create chronic health issues in your horse.

    If you have a metabolic horse or a pre-metabolic horse and need a nutrient dense food with low sugar and low starch, this is it! In recent testing, the sugars came in at 3.8 and the starch at 3.6. The digestible nutrition is 70.1 and the fat is at 6.5%. Protein is 19%.

    The exact Omega fatty acids, amino acids, and vitamin A profiles are coming soon. Hoof support? You bet!  It has been re-balanced to provide nutrients for added support. 

    With more than 20 plant proteins your horse is also getting critical polyphenols and phytonutrients not available in any of the ultra processed, synthetically supplemented, waste-to-feed products.

    The Seasons pellet is a Sainfoin forage base

    It combines clean Sainfoin forage (click HERE to learn more about sainfoin) with high value foods to meet protein, vitamin and mineral targets necessary to support optimal equine  health. The minimally processed inclusions: herbs, roots, flowers, fruits and berries provide vital nutrients to support the microbiome. 

    There are no hulls, middlings, by-products, distillers grains, synthetic additives, preservatives, binding agents, sweeteners or "flavor enhancers" to trick your horse into eating it. This is 100% real food.

          Feeding Instructions

          Miniature horse (up to 350 lbs): 1 cup daily

          Cob sized horse (351 - 700 lbs): 1-1.5 lb daily

          Full sized horse (over 700 lbs): 2-4 lbs daily

          When feeding any pelleted feed, add water to avoid choke. Feed with clean, good quality hay at the rate of 1-2 pounds per 100 pounds of bodyweight per day or pasture equivalent. Provide fresh and clean water at all times. 

          Horse Safe Facility: No feed additives, such as monensin, rumensin, or paylene are in the facility.

          Did you know that feed companies are offered bulk ingredients at significant discounts? For example, StableFeed was offered 30,000 lbs of flax for free. Great right? Nope! We were told that it had maggots and larvae in it. When we of course said “Absolutely NOT!”. Their reply was “That’s okay another feed company will take it.”
